Rick Harriman 

He works across multiple industries and currently his three areas of deepest interest are social innovation, strategy and building capability for innovation.  Rick is a patent holder and the author of a number of articles and book chapters on creativity in business. Rick co-wrote Creativity, Inc.: Building an Inventive Organization, which was published by The Harvard Business School Press and has been translated into multiple languages.

NC State University

David S. Ricketts is a professor of electrical and computer engineering at North Carolina State University where he researches the fundamental performance limitations of microelectronic circuits. He also consults in the field of innovation and teaches courses on the theory and application of innovation in science and engineering.

Victor Seidel
F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business

Victor Seidel s a professor at the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Babson College where he researches topics in technology and innovation management, with an emphasis on the evolving nature of the design process. He focuses on how managers, from those running start-ups to those in large R&D organizations, can best navigate from initial concept to final innovation.  Increasingly, his work investigates how design teams use online communities as sources of continuous innovation.
