Samir Saini is a business-centric CIO with a proven track record in partnering with business leaders to adopt technology innovations that improve service delivery, grow revenue, improve productivity, and mitigate cybersecurity risks in the energy, hospitality, real estate, and public sector. He has 20 years of IT leadership experience with The General Electric Company, MGM Resorts International, the Atlanta Housing Authority, and the City of Atlanta. Managed budgets of $50M, and a staff of 250 employees. He is currently continuing his firm commitment to serve the public at a local level as Commissioner of the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT) and Citywide Chief Information Officer (CIO) for New York. As Commissioner of the largest municipal IT organization in the country, Saini is responsible for delivering tailored technology solutions to more than 100 City agencies and entities, enabling them to serve and empower millions of New Yorkers.
